Yoga

Is Yoga Right for Me?

Yes. Our yoga classes are designed to support where you are today. You’ll be guided with care, encouraged to listen to your body, and offered options throughout class.

What if I’m not very flexible or haven’t practiced before?

That’s perfectly okay. Yoga is about building strength, balance, and ease over time. Every movement can be adapted, and there’s no expectation to look or move a certain way.

What can I expect to gain from yoga?

How will Reformer Pilates help me long term?

Which Class Is Right for Me?

Yoga is ideal if you’re looking for gentle movement, flexibility, balance, and a sense of calm.Barre is a great choice if you want to feel stronger and more stable, especially through the legs and core.Reformer Pilates is perfect if you enjoy guided, low-impact strengthening that supports posture and mobility.
