Romana Kryzanowska, a protoge to Joseph Pilates said, "Plilates can be described as three words, stretch with strength and control, and the control is the most important, because that's what makes you use your mind!"

What is reformer Pilates?

Reformer pilates uses a machine that looks like a bed frame. But rather than a mattress, the reformer has a platform that glides up and down as your perform the moves. There are also long stretchy cords that you'll attach to your hands or feet for certain exercises, that you can elongate as you exercise. Reformer Pilates is a full body, low impact, mind body exercise performed on specialist equipment, allowing for a supportive, dynamic and targeted workout.

Reformer Pilates promises greater flexibility, strength, and stamina and YES, everybody's welcome!

Daily classes begin Tuesday, September 3.
Please park in the rear of our building and enter through our rear entrance.

Because of our small class size of 4 clients per class, your instructor will provide personal help and guidance throughout the entire time of your class.

50 minutes- 3 person minimum to run class
